What are the current filing fees for
filing bankruptcy?
Chapter 7 is $209.00 Chapter 13 is $194.00 The
prescribed filing fee, if paid by the Debtor, must be in the form of
exact cash, cashier’s check, or money order made payable to Clerk,
United States Bankruptcy Court. The Clerk will not make change. Theses
filing fees are in addition to any fees that an attorney may charge you.
